I'll Have the New Open Space Full Sims Soon.

I have been getting a lot of im's asking when and if I will have the new open space sims for purchase/rent. The sims are full sims, 65536 meters (minus a 16 in the corner for my tier box) and 3750 prims. Basically, your getting an entire sim with the prims of a 16384 meter parcel for a fraction of a full sim cost. I have ordered the first, and I will order more as I get them rented out. My pricing will be approx $7750L a week. I'm honored that so many people thought of me and messaged me when they considered renting or buying this type of sim, and will do my best to get everyone set up as I have the land avaliable.

So these are basically islands?

In terms of space yes
I think! In terms of performance, you get four of these per CPU, so they won't give the performance levels of a normal island but if you're looking for residential or a small non prim heavy business they should be fine.
Prim Count
I thought the prim count was 1875 (same as a 8192 lot based on 7500 per region) is it really a full 3750?
Improved Open spaces
The prim count has changed with the new and improved system. It is now 3750.

Yea they just raised it.
Yea they just raised it. Old void sims that are still at the 1875 will be changed in a month or so, the new ones have 3750 and can be free standing unlike the old voids. I meant 1/4 sim but had 8192 stuck on the brain. I'll fix the original post.
