Customer Service in SL?

Jezebel Customer Service in Second Life....I had purchased a few ducks and swans from Animania. If you haven't been there you are missing one of the feathered miracles of Second Life. Well as messed up as SL can become, and me being the water bird fanatic that I am. I came to find out that I was missing 3-4 ducklings, a couple or 2 of the cygnets,a few sitting ducks, and a few miscellaneous birds. Jezebel
I decided to contact Animania customer service representative, Anni Timeless, wow, what a pleasant surprise! She said to me "Anni Timeless: (Saved Mon Feb 04 14:46:22 2008) It is awfull what has happened to you. Let´s wait a day or two and make a balance after that. I´ll see what I can do for you." The reason she wanted to wait a day or two was to see if any showed back up in my inventory.
From past dealings with Ms. Anni, I know she is a woman of her word. I, also, lay no blame at Anamania's door. They hold NO responsibility for the disappearences of my fowl feathered friends. But instead of saying sorry, all sales final (where have we heard that before?)she has gone above and beyond, and to me it is a thing to be valued in anylife.
Not only does anamania serve webbed wonders, they have many other "flying" surprises, from butterflies, hummingbirds, insects, fairies, and even a FREE lady bug. Believe me when I say this is one place you won't get your Goose cooked. :-)

Very good

Yes it is good to know customer service exists and it's very good that you highlight it. I know it's human nature to only talk about the bad, but it's nice at times to point out the good too.
