BNT: EMPIRE OR SIMPLY ON FIRE?
I have sat quiet the past couple of weeks stewing about BNT financial and their activities. Some of you may remember I posted about an extremely disturbing meeting there a few weeks back. Since them, the bank seemed to open up and run for a few days. Then without explanations the daily withdrawal limit went from 5k a day to 2k. That lasted a couple of days and then the ATM started spitting out withdrawal receipts and not paying avatar accounts. Intlibber said he would credit accounts. Cliff Eclipse, the bank head, said “When I know something, you will know.” Support tickets went unanswered.
Once again it appeared Mr. volatile, transparent, only good intentioned, Intlibber, was hiding the ball. How can one avatar suffer from such delusions of grandeur and perceive themselves so 180 degrees from reality. I have seen his rants on more occasions than I can laughably count. I tried to give it some time as he consistently said I didn’t understand the huge task he had getting the bank up and running. . Then to put a cherry on the sundae came his extortion attempt with Arbitrage Wise. It was just too much!
Capex has taken Intlibber’s rantings from the day Arbitrage bought the exchange. After enough of his constant trashing, they handed him his hat and showed him the door. He of course spun it as if he was the poor homeless victim. Did he think we weren’t watching his dog and pony show or irrational rants and disruptive behavior?
Now he is caught straight up trying to blackmail Arbitrage into actions. Where is your forthrightness, honesty, and transparency in this history?
Yesterday someone pointed me to Intlibber’s blog and his interview with Thor Columbia in September 2006. He was a newbie and asking about business and such in sl. To read that and see what he has done in 14 months time is truly amazing. But alas, it seems his time is coming to an end quickly. Sadly he is going to go down in flames rather than with any shred of dignity and he is becoming less credible by the day.
Bottom line is (and this is only my perception); Arbitrage Wise has come through on all his promises he has made in SL thus far, is treating his customers professionally and with respect, and will even give an investor the benefit of the doubt as an act of good faith. Intlibber on the other hand rants and raves about what a great person he is, smack talks everyone who doesn’t worship at the church if Int, talks about all his success but doesn’t provide any customer service, and lastly is flat out ripping people off daily at BNT financial. Mr. Brautigan, you tried to climb to the top of Mt. St. Secondlife and made a good effort, but at this point you are in a free fall and everyone is watching. Didn’t your mother ever tell you to be careful who you walk on in your ascent as they will be waving at you on your way down?

Blackmail involves seeking
Blackmail involves seeking monetary reward for holding something over someone. While Arb would like people to think my warning was blackmail, it was not by any legal definition of the word. It was my last ditch attempt to get the egomaniacal Arbitrage to start cooperating with the SLEC, after he and Bogart obstructed it for two straight months (as Bogart how many SLEC meetings he made since Sept 3 and then check with Patrick, or ask how many meetings of the SLEC Reporting Standards Committee (which he volunteered to chair) he ever called (try 0). To take the cake, Arb and his people started harassing and trying to bribe my staff to leave BNT the other night without any provocation (testimony will be provided).
Whats happened here is that Arb has sought to deflect who is the real bad guy here: Arb, who has used JT depositor money to invest in an illegal gambling software operation which not only makes him a felon, but has placed his depositors in legal jeopardy as well. That he is now using the illegal profits from that operation to subsidize what would otherwise be the next ponzi collapse of the year (JTF has way more liabilities than assets), and that his reckless actions drove two people (Xav and Lindsay) to leave JTF out of fear of being ensnared in the legal fallout, is the real issue here, NOT that I have stood for legal and properly ethical operations of exchanges consistently and throughout.
It is unfortunate that Sando has bought into the lie so seriously.
And for good measure...
If Sando hadn't written of it, you'd be responding to my own entry on the very same topic. Since my main system is down, I'm a bit handicapped - but I do applaud Sando's writing of this.

It certainly was your last ditch attempt.
The trouble is that I knew about JuiceTrading since about June-July - you can ask Arb. He asked me, in the way of an informal NDA, that I not disclose anything about it.
Quite simply, Juice Trading is legal. It is legit. And while some may have a problem with it (I don't know why), there is no leverage there for anything. There was a story there, but you managed to steal that thunder - and for good measure, now you have the lightning.
Is Arb using the money from JT Financial to fund Juice Trading? Or was it the other way around? It seems to me that you have it backwards, because Juice Trading... is where JT Financial got its name. Arb had disclosed all of that, and more, privately to myself.
I think you need to seriously sit back and think things through. It seems you got a few facts, built a deck of cards and stood on it...

Blackmail
From the Wikpaedia because I left my Websters at work:
QUOTE:
Blackmail is the act of threatening to reveal information about a person, or even do something to destroy the threatened person, unless the blackmailed target fulfills certain demands. This information is usually of an embarrassing or socially damaging nature.
In a broader sense, blackmail is an offer to refrain from any action which would not be legal or normally allowed, and is thus distinguished from extortion.
The word is derived from the word for tribute paid by English and Scottish border dwellers to Border Reivers in return for immunity from raids. This tribute was paid in goods or labour (reditus nigri, or "blackmail"): the opposite is blanche firmes or reditus albi, or "white rent" (denoting payment by silver).

Int, you are a legend in your own mind!
Enjoy your free fall. I am surprised that Arb or someone else hasn't already filed criminal charges against you, but like Sando, my respect for Arb has grown over the last couple of months and he is doing the right thing, ignoring you and getting on with business, which is a good idea for all of us. Your antics grow tiresome. Any respect I had for you is long gone.
How about this Intlibber?
Leave me out of your little slander party. You came to me with your questions from a business prospective and I actually trusted you to be objective in the process. To no avail, you have turned what I said into some campaign against CapEx and are acting like I am behind your back on this. This is your mess that your have made and not only are you taking what was said out of context, you are defaming people and violating just about every portion of the TOS....keep pressing my buttons Intlibber and I can assure you the fall of the great BNT. I have left you be for a while and even apologized to you when I was wrong but now I am at a point where if you want to play with me, I can show you how to play.
Leave me OUT of your business and your faulty actions. If you post my name in one of your ridiculous rants one more time, I can show you how far this hole can go. That is not a threat. That is a promise. I am being the nice bitchy Lindsay now. You don't want to see the mean one.
Ugggh
Well I already made my thoughts on this pretty clear. Don't feel like typing it on a fourth website.

You go Lindsay. Fight slander.

That is the most STUPID,
That is the most STUPID, transparent comment I have ever seen. Just use your damn name next time, IntLibber.
