The Rock Insurance Invitational Open (Golf Championship) Weekend Has Begun!

The First Annual Rock Insurance Invitational Open Hosted by The Rock Insurance Company in collaboration with CrescendoCatalyst has officially begun!!
The tee off time was 2:00PM SLT for the first round of this golf championship where the players will be competing for the 15,000L$ grand prize.
The teams not eliminated from today's first round will proceed to the Championship Round which will begin tomorrow, Sunday Nov. 18th at 2PM SLT.

And The Winner Is?
It was an exciting Sunday afternoon on the Holly Kai Golf Course. The four teams Galaxy, SL- Realtor, SL Business Link, and Mystical Virtual Studios fiercely battled to be Numbero Uno. Surprising two teams (Mystical Virtual Studios and SL Business Link) set out for a sudden death match up. They were par for two holes and moving on to the third. And it would have continued had it not been for exhaustion and good sportsmanship.
In the end, the Sudden Deathers (Mystical and SL Business Link) decided that they would share the title of The Rock Insurance Co-Champs and split the prize money. The two teams shared the prize money of 25K. The Third Place team was SL-Realtor winning $2500L.
The event ended with an amazing reception at the Hollywood Bowl within the Hollywood Sim. Tyago Kidd from The DoggLounge showcased his art of djing for the crowd. If you weren't there - you missed an amazing event from beginning to end. See you next year!!!
