Basically, I object to many things stated in Mystik's post. The problems started when I discovered she was not helping with the new company and none of her assets were doing anything for SLC.
The original merger came about because we felt we could make SLZ, a prepackaged online individual marketplace that we could sell. I came up with the idea and according to Mystik, she could get it scripted. After the merger she did nothing. I finally got her to have a meeting with me and we passed notecards back and forth. She then did nothing and never worked on anything.
It appeared to me that her main intent was to remove herself of the liability of shareholders. As she just said, she thinks MDS had no foreseeable future.
As for me walking away, originally Mystik valued her company at about 3/5ths of the shares. Then she sold half her shares to pocket some more money. At this point I feel according to Mystik, my company is worth about 1/4th of SLC, equal to my share amount.
I am curious, when are you paying out the money for you made from the island sales to the investors?

Well, you've already told us here that I never agreed to use MDS assets for SLC- don't see how the issue suddenly hurts you 2 months later.
Exactly- You wanted to merge so I would develop SLZ for FREE and collect percentages on. You had nothing to give your investors so you ran one more scam through your mind. After I decided not to develop SLZ because in my opinion it will be a short-lived system, I get yet another post about me on VStex. Instead of asking what I'm doing- you just post "I don't know what she is doing!".
We passed 2 notecards- 1 from you mumbling about login box locations on a website that you pulled from imagination but lacked thereof in the detail department, and the other notecard from me asking you to clarify the original.
No- it appears your main intent was to release reliability when you walked away from SLC, leaving me holding your SLZ and BOB debts- you truely are too self righteous if you think I'm paying your debts- there are better words than that too.
The value of the original companys and then combined value of SLC makes no determination of the value you have defrauded from SLZ and BOB shareholders. I don't know where you get your insights on how to scam people, but you need a new movie to watch or something.
I will be paying my fair share when it is all in one basket- when will you be selling your Islands and LandBot to cover your debts? Let me guess- I need to pay that too?

Bob, do you ever post anything on Your2ndPlace relating to anything other than yourself. Everything you write about is just trying to convince people to get on your side with things that are obviously shady, sketchy, and dodgy. Do you feel this is a good format to get people to back you so you can line your pockets? I lost faith in you once you were trying to convince people to buy Ginko Perpetual Bonds because they were a good deal at 20 cents. You've gone downhill and downhill and downhill...

You take your company and delist off ISE and merge this company. Two weeks later my holdings in your company are worthless. About a month, month and a half later you pull this. I am so glad I only invested 1500 lindens in your scam. I only did this because I was making it off day trading due to your blatent price manipulation. Any and all coments have gone ignored by you. The only posts I ever see of yours are propoganda and nonsense designed to benefit you. I should have taken the 50l when I could. Makes No Sense
I was never on the ISE... are you sure you bought the right company? Also... I moved when I merged with MDS. I cannot help if the stock price dropped heavily after merging. I actually tried to stabilize it by buying well over 200000 shares. That was hard to do since Mystik's plan the whole time was to pull money out and put it in her pocket.
I OWNED 1/4 of the company... and removed my assets which were equal to 1/4 of the stock's value according to Mystik.
My landbot seems to be having major problems and is delayed if it will be finished at all.
I have been contacted by a major shareholder of SLC,Spontaneous Rich who may want to takeover the company, about ways I could contribute.
So when will Mystik release the value of her 3 sold sims.
Also, we did consider your 3 sims as SLC's ASSETS. If you remember, I wanted to compile a list after the merger of SLC's assets. I found out that the numbers that you told me prior to the merger were lies.
Before the merger, Mystik said she pays herself about 3000USD per month from MDS's profits. She also said she gave huge amounts to shareholders. Later though, she said her only assets were the freebies she sells, 70,000L and 3 the sims. So she said to me that her assets to add to the SLC Assets List were 70,000L and 3 sims... meaning you acknowledged the sims were SLC property.

Bob Perry is a crook. I bought an ATM off him and the damn thing never works, it constantly breaks downs each day. When I asked for my money back he told me that it wasn't his "policy" to do so. He then thanked me for my "donation", he wasnt even interested in fixing his ATM.
