More financial scandals appearing, but off the mainstream radar. Apparently Global Credit and Global Presidents are at risk...

Subject: Global Credit
Global Credit introduced itself soliciting investment funds with reasonable future returns. Listed owners were Kitila Cortes and Seargent Crossair. Kitila did most of the talking.
They were looking for a startup capital of 300K. I invested 50K, kenny Stringer 25K and one other investor thought to have also put 25K. There may have been others, but not known to me. Despite inquiries, Global never disclosed either its business plan nor the scheme for some credit card plot.
After a short time Kitila claimed to have been called away and announced leaving SL (he resigned from Global) turning the business over to Seargent Crossair. That one disappeared shortly there after as well. I reported both to Linden for Fraud, but as well known Linden did not take any action to my knowledge.
When Kitila reappeared on the scene, initially with an ALT, I contacted him asking for my money back. he blamed Seargant as having stolen the accounts. I heard that Seargent is also back in SL. Seems they blaming each other.
Both are now shown as owners of a new group "Global Presidents" possibly planning a new con.Despite several attempts to recover my investment, neither responds playing a delaying game unwilling to accept their responsibility for the lost investment.
Summary: I feel having been conned out of 50K. Same goes for Kenny Stringer.
How can this type of swindle in SL be stopped????
The name 'Seargent Crossair' rang a bell - and sure enough, I'd bumped into him before when he had a problem with Landbaron Merlin. He also ripped off Landbaron Merlin, and that was the last I heard of him. I don't know what to make of this new information.
KITILA Cortes I know of from the Global Credit Review. Personally, I don't know what to make of it. Seargent and KITILA were unavailable for comment.
Another source has also made similar allegations, but has asked to remain unnamed. Corroboration seems to indicate that there is something shady going on or a very poorly handled situation.

Well that does help explain it a little better. None of us knew there was a system out 8 months ago etc. I would have maybe named it something different than the name you choose (Global Credit) since they had that system with that name on it. That would be like someone starting a bank named GINKO. Not too many would want to bank with a bank named GINKO anymore.

Just first wanted to comment on the MADE UP allegations said about my banks. You may contact any bank owner, none of my systems take any money, people obviously wouldn't be buying them if that was true. Second, note that none of my systems have ever been hacked.
Now, I tried to be friendly and not comment on any of this but to slander my company and my name, then state we are friends forced me to.
So you left your business in the hands of 2 scammers, I don't know seargent (heard bad things about him though) and Poodle Noodle is known to be a horrible scammer. The light finally shows on what this system is.
I do suggest everyone take your alts to a bank that uses this, get a card and simply withdraw the max.

BTW it is funny how me & BOB both said this was a scam few weeks ago. I've never seem a working product. I bet no one else has either?? Has anyone seen this product actually work? He showed me a demo a month ago of course it was no copy & he requested I send it back to him after I saw what it looked like. It was a small prim on the lower right screen with the global credit logo. You could click it bigger or smaller. Other than that it didn't do anything at all.

Remember BOB PERRY talked about this few weeks ago & then withdrew that thread topic. I also mentioned how KITILA Cortes kept begging & begging me to buy this system of his. He kept lowering & lowering the price everyday begging for any money. REMEMBER how he said L&L Bank purchased this. He said this system was sold & no one else was buying it.

Ok I have been trying to keep quiet, But this has quickly run down to a very childish bickering bunch of BS.
The Question asked By Nobody is the real question here & That is in regards to investors capital.
I will personaly vouch for the fact that this system is functional & in itself NOT a scam.
However I can NOT & Will not say the same in regards to how this product was funded or how the "investors" were treated By Kit or anyone else for that matter.
We are currently using the system on a test bed of 12 cards to see how it works out & I would be more then happy to publish those results after the first payment cycle.
Furthermore ( and this is directed to you BOB ) - asking people to create as many alts as they can to take advantage of the system is a pretty risky thing to say when it is ultimately the bank that will be taking the risk with these cards.
On another note....
- BigDog - Please DO NOT use the terminal that you just got from my office unless you modify it and remove the GL Xchange Logo. It has no scripts in it except hover text. You know as well as I do that this was in my personal office ( in which access is denied to the public ) and I had placed it for sale for 1L$ only as a means of transferring to MY alt. I understand that you can use the prim exploit to get into any area or simply mouselook but you have been here long enough to know what is what.

Just to set things straight
Im Seargent Crossair, and yes i was an investor in Global Credit. And yes i helped Kitila find more investors. But i never had any other control then that. I was just like all the other investors. And im sorry for people that lost money to the scandal that seems to have gotten me as well. But what i dont like is my name being slandered. I have done everything i could to try and get every bodys money back. I felt kind of guilty because i introduced these people to kitila. But i was fooled just like you. And to set the record straight no one ever gave me any money. Kit was the only one that collected money. And to fix another false belief , the reason i havent been on well is one of two things. I did fight back against the landbots. Have you noticed no more merlin. But i got banned for about 3 months for it. Oh well it was worth it. And now i am currently overseas in iraq. Im using satelite Internet. It sucks. I can log on SL but cant do much of anything else. Ill be back in july though.
