WSE: Malice Rhode Would Like His Money Back - Please?

Malice Rhode had contacted me last week and given me some images (attached) which demonstrate that WSE has owed him money. Apparently, around the time that WSE was upgrading to '3.0', he was supposed to have received 3500 L from an ATM which he never got. He says that he has tried to get responses from Lukeconnell Vandeverre for quite some time - perhaps about 2 weeks. 3,500 L is not a large sum - but that is probably the very point.

Malice has made it very clear that he just wants his 3500 L. Come on, 3,500L. Pay the man.

This is the email he sent Luke:

> Hi Luke,
> I have have had an account balance problem for approximately 2 weeks.
> As you can see from the email below, which I've sent 3 times to WSE
> @hopecapital and twice now to you , I've done just about anything I
> can think of , but there is still no resolution. Up to this point I
> have been very patient, but that has sadly come to an end. I find this
> whole situation unbelievably disrespectful, not giving me back my
> money is 1 thing, but I haven't gotten a single reply to any of my
> messages, and that, for a business owner, is unforgivable. I sent you
> and the WSE officers a notecard 1 hr after the error occurred, and all
> of the Inventory Offers were accepted. I then talked to your In-world
> staff for a week, lots of talk and no results. Most recently 5
> unanswered e-mails to you and WSE "customer service", all without the
> common courtesy of "we're kinda busy...we'll get back to ya". There
> are currently less that 6000 WSE customers, and this is how you treat
> them. You'll have a very hard time expanding when stories like mine
> get to the blogs and websites of SL. I'm not going to just write this
> off, you've chosen to ignore polite requests for help, so I'll be
> forced to use other methods to get your attention. Credit my account
> and e-mail an apology, so we can put this nonsense behind us.
> Thanks in advance,
> Malice Rhode

To date, no response - and in fairness, I waited to post this myself as I was busy with the Ginko hijinx. Apologies to Malice for holding onto this so long, but since Luke hasn't responded - as promised, here it is.

Attached are his screenshots. If other people had similar problems, please feel free to comment below.

Maybe it's the cheap labor practices..

Not trying to sound redundant on SL wages, but maybe it's the cheap labor practices?

I probably wouldn't hassle myself over someone elses 3500L if I was only being paid around $5USD per day for being a customer service rep, or maybe I would if I just loved my job. Who knows?

Sorry to see people get the run around on their own money. Very sorry to see it go straight from LindeX L$ buy to WSE and into thin air.
