AVIX is now SL Capital Exchange - Announces New Executive Management

SECOND LIFE, JT WORLD, 4 AUGUST 2007 - Wise Metaverse C.E.O. Arbitrage Wise announced today the appointment of a new executive staff to manage the day-to-day operations of the SL Capital Exchange, formerly known as the Allenvest International Exchange (AVIX).

The new management of SL Capital Exchange is made up of new and old faces alike, including:

President: Lindsay Druart

Vice President of Operations: Reina Ferraris

Public Relations Director: Xavier Mohr

Vice President of Sales: Gauthier Hammerer

Corporate Liason: Maelstrom Baphomet

In the mix are new and old faces alike. According to Wise, "I've assembled the greatest talent in Second Life to run the exchange. I expect immense growth of our position in the market, and this is the team that can make that happen."

Lindsay Druart, C.E.O. of L&L Bank and Trust (CapEx: LNL) and L&L Rentals & Sales (WSE: LLL) will serve as President of the exchange. Druart's vision for the exchange is exciting.

"I am commited to the shareholders and clients," says Druart. "I want to promote a positive market stance."

Her qualifications are unquestioned in the Second Life investment community. Druart has over a year experience in Second Life, and her publicly-listed companies - L&L Bank and Trust and L&L Rentals and Sales - have quickly exploded as profitable listings with few of the issues and conflicts that often plague publicly-listed companies.

"For the most part, it will be business as usual but i would like to see more new faces on the market," continued Druart, speaking of planned changes and implementations for the SL Capital Exchange.

"With that being said," she added, "I would encourage companies to submit to the market. I have no problem with assisting companies with IPO analysis to make sure they are positioning themselves correctly for the market and to make sure shareholder risk remains diminished. Bottom line its about business development and market stability"

Reina Ferraris will serve at the exchange as Vice President of Operations. Ferraris is currently president of JT Financials Bank, managing a staff of over 80 employees and officers. She brings to the table extraordinary customer service skills, and unquestioned organization and insight.

Other staff announcement include that of Xavier Mohr, current Publisher of SLReports.net, who will serve as Public Relations Director for the SL Capital Exchange.

Gauthier Hammerer, a current management employee at JT Financials Bank, will serve as Vice President of Sales, working to attract new investors and traders to the SL Capital Exchange.

Another old face still on the executive block is that of Maelstrom Baphomet, former C.O.O. of AVIX and current C.E.O. of Dragon Global Diversified (SLCapEx: DGD). Baphomet will serve as the exchange's Corporate Liason, working with current and potential CEOs to ensure compliance with exchange policy, reporting procedures, and assisting them to better position themselves on the market.

Currently operating as the Allenvest International Exchange (AVIX), all AVIX assets will be rebranded in approximately one to two weeks to operate as the SL Capital Exchange. AVIX was acquired by JT Financials Bank on Friday in a deal between Wise Metaverse C.E.O. Arbitrage Wise and former AVIX C.E.O. Investor Allen.
