I find it quite odd that Allen says Arbitrage Wise was the first to stand behind their offer. Originally, I was being told he was turning down offers hovering around $35,000US and he wanted a bit more.

Mystik Designs was originally interested in buying AVIX, but the financials didn't add up. Not only that, AVIX has been sold for roughly $28,985US at the current LindeX rate and given a 3.5% fee, or roughly 276L per $1US. That's $6,000US less than what Mystik Designs and AVIX were originally negotiating.

I can say I'm glad I stopped answering IM's. Seems to be some desperation in the sale of AVIX.
