Ok I admit it. I ordered this sim on impulse when Mourna suggested the awesome name. Once I heard "The Nerdist Colony" I knew I had to have one on the grid. So it is with great pleasure I announce the opening of the clothing optional beach sim "The Nerdist Colony". It consists of 8000+ meter parcels with 466 prims for $1000L a week. Hate wasting money on endless outfits only to cover that high price highly detailed skin you have? This is the sim for you! Just drop by and take a look. No need for formal attire!

Great time there
I spent great time on the beach with my partner, thanks for such place. We just bought a mainland land otherwise we would rent it for private nest :-)
PS: And we were naked.
