Two days ago on Tuesday, I teleported to a parcel of land that was$63000L for 16016 meters of mainland. That's 3.9l a meter, and made it lowest priced parcel of that size. I looked and on a glance knew I didn't want it because it was that gray rock thats hard to sell, and it was riddled with 16meter chunks making it almost a checkerboard. Then I notice the landing point for this land, is directly on one of those 16 meter lots also priced at $63000L. So kewin Monentes here is hoping that a bot or land buyer pops in and mistakenly buys a 16 meter lot for $63000L assuming they are buying nearly a 1/4 sim. I always keep the show property borders setting on. Not all people do, and most people who don't regualrly buy land never do. So theres kewin with a lower case k standing there in front of the bots that tp'd to the sim. It seems I've caught kewin in his glory talking to a few bots.

That pretty much confirmed the very obvious, Kewin is just attempting to trick others out of money in an incredibly dishonest manner. I told him I was going to do a blog about his way of business and asked if he had anything he would like to share about his business practices. He either didn't understand me, or just chose to ignore me.
Looking at kewin's profile it seems he's an island owner.

Wow, thanks for figuring out this swindler and telling us about him. I'm not sure how quickly and carelessly I'd have dropped that many Lindens on this guy, if I was looking for land, but yeah, he's obviously crooked.

2. I've been checking out your new sims and I'll routinely catch people floating through and offering to sell me land. Not sure if that's typical, figured I'd mention it.

Sarah, do you think it would help to go there and do abuse reprots on this guy. We could file it under Parcel, Linden Lab might do something if enough ARs come in on this guy. I also show property lines, but alot of people don't.

People can take what they want from it. So what were your reasons for making a 16meter lot priced at 63,00ol and making it the landing point in the middle of a 1/4 sim also priced at 63,000l. You also divided that land into 16 meter lots all over priced at 1-2000l. I'm really not sure what I said that was false in any way. I just wrote about your exact actions and what my opinion is of those actions.
