That's one thing I've really liked about Madonna, she's sure knows what works. What is it now 25 years now of re-inventing, self-fashioning herself ? Doesn't matter much whether you like her or not, she's been pretty much been making news, staying current and most of all interesting to follow. I always liked her and she's always known how to stay interesting. If you get too dull you loose them , too out there and, well that's sooo tired !!! What ever happened to Andrew Dice Clay, who cares anyway's right ?

It's time for a little re-inventing for me as well. I'm not sure I'm quite the right fit here anymore, nor this post, as I've wanted to branch out for quite a long time and write about other things I find interesting as well...

I actually caught an Oprah show a few weeks ago about a man having a baby, not much of a story. It didn't really provoke any kind of questions for me. Turns out it was just a woman transgendering and still had the plumbing of a woman, pretty simple.

Here in Canada gay marriage is legal, not sure why it's a problem for other country's, I mean it is 2000 what now ...eight ? Anyway's back to the transgendering topic, I met this woman a while back while walking my dog in the same park that she also walks her dog everyday. Anyway's after getting to know each other a bit, I learned that she is a lesbian and her partner is transgendered (now a woman), no problem but, I did ask myself a couple of questions.

Why if she's a lesbian, would she want to be with someone who once was a man?
and
Why would a man transgender to become a woman, only to become a woman who's a lesbian? Why not just stay a man?

With the aura of so many different layers about him, Robert Downey Jr has got to be the most fascinating actor out there. I'm not one for watching movies much, but with him in it, along with what looks like blockbuster written all over it, Ironman really looks like a fun movie.
