I've been privy to knowing who the owner of ANCAPEX.COM is since an hour or two after I first posted 'Now Who Did ANCAPEX Irk?'. Since no laws were being broken and no one with any legal authority asked me, I was not compelled to release the story of who it is.

In August 2007 an agreement was made to create Ancapex as a three way partnership between Jasper Tizzy, Bart Heart and Intlibber Brautigan. Slated to be CEO, I purchased Ancapex.com. This partnership was not realized as Intlibber Brautigan opened Ancapex by himself using monies obtained through take over of CGI. There never was an agreement to turn over Ancapex.com to Intlibber. As a courtesy, I redirected my domain to Ancapex.net. Given recent mis truths and slanderous statements made about me, by Intlibber Brautigan, it is apparent that my kindness is not appreciated. I apologize to VSTEX for an impulsive redirection of my domain to their site. I respect VSTEX and didn't intend any inconvenience to them.
Ancapex.com is now for sale at auction on Y2P. Bids may be made in this post's comments and start at 100 US Dollars. I would like to donate all profits of this sale to a charity of VSTEX's choice as a sign of my respect and sincere apology for my actions.

I will go 101. It was the name of a famous cigarette from long ago. I figure an unhealthy habit == an unhealthy IntLibber. And if he wants me to redirect it will cost him 10x the amount! I lost about that much when he dumped his AVIX stock! I guess revenge be sweet! (but expensive. ;( )
