Nimrod pointed out in an SLU thread that one of the tenants there had 180 days of tier paid. and his term "No apportions will be made for rents or tiers already paid. Take this into account when bidding on the Isle"

So thats 6 months on one of the parcels the buyer will be paying out of pocket because Mr Miles will be keeping any prepaid tier while he lives tier free on the new buyers land.
