Blackmail involves seeking

Blackmail involves seeking monetary reward for holding something over someone. While Arb would like people to think my warning was blackmail, it was not by any legal definition of the word. It was my last ditch attempt to get the egomaniacal Arbitrage to start cooperating with the SLEC, after he and Bogart obstructed it for two straight months (as Bogart how many SLEC meetings he made since Sept 3 and then check with Patrick, or ask how many meetings of the SLEC Reporting Standards Committee (which he volunteered to chair) he ever called (try 0). To take the cake, Arb and his people started harassing and trying to bribe my staff to leave BNT the other night without any provocation (testimony will be provided).

Whats happened here is that Arb has sought to deflect who is the real bad guy here: Arb, who has used JT depositor money to invest in an illegal gambling software operation which not only makes him a felon, but has placed his depositors in legal jeopardy as well. That he is now using the illegal profits from that operation to subsidize what would otherwise be the next ponzi collapse of the year (JTF has way more liabilities than assets), and that his reckless actions drove two people (Xav and Lindsay) to leave JTF out of fear of being ensnared in the legal fallout, is the real issue here, NOT that I have stood for legal and properly ethical operations of exchanges consistently and throughout.

It is unfortunate that Sando has bought into the lie so seriously.
