Still just focusing on the 75K.....

The problem Sarah is that you see everything purely in a monetary terms. If you go back and read most of your replies....it more or less focuses solely on that 75k L recieved and the fact it was not reimbursed.

How about you focus also on the deliberate breach of the covenant of sub-renting or selling land that they were not entitled to. I'm not sure what quantities of money they eventually recieved....whether it was 5k or 90k, it doesn't make it right that they should be re-imbursed 1 Linden for the actions they took. Besides that Group were not the real losers....the 3rd parties who took over some of that land were.

Not only did it happen on this SIM, but by all accounts
in their previous dwelling too. Smacks of pre-meditated
actions to me!

Why don't you straw poll PI SIM owners and see what they would do if they returned to their sim to see that some of their rented land had been sub-rented or sold to people he had no agreement with. I personally don't believe many would keep such a group on their sim....nor reimburse them money from an action that they might have even profiteered from.

You might be lucky with them now as residents, that doesn't automatically cleanse them from their previous behaviour
and wrong doings!
