Well obviously Your not

Well obviously Your not involved in our community enough to understand how how the community feels. There are certain practaces that are not against the TOS but are highly looked down on by the majority of our residents. Practaces like ad lot dealing and landbot theft. Ad lot dealing is so looked down on there are several groups filled with hundreds of residents protesting this practace. It's not just my complaint, its a community complaint. I suggest You reasearch the main second life forums or other forum threads specific to this matter so that You can have a better understanding of the matter and You can make a more educated response about our community. Generally the only people who defend this practace are the ad lot sellers, and private estate owners who do better when mainland looks like total shit. If You feel his rotating signs were made by a professional than again, You really don't understand sl yet. If doesn't take time or effort to make a large square and ad a rotation script. The majority of people who purchase these ad parcels are neihbors who pay the excessive prices so that they can remove the eyesores from there view, or are unhappy because when these ad parcels are placed, the value of the surrounding land goes down. I have been dealing land in second life for 2 years and have built a really good name and reputation. Robos reputation is that of a mainland destroyer. I understand land value like the back of my hand. If Your going to attempt business in second life, I think thats wonderful. It has been a real blessing for me. Please understand that if You take the ad lot route it will kill Your overall reputation in the game, and if its worth it to You then fine go for it, But from personal experience the reason I have done well is because I've taken residents concerns into consideration and tried to be fair to people and the community and my business grew mainly on word or mouth because of my reputaion.
