I have finished most of my newest sim Nerdagara Falls. Nerdagara is set up as a fairly romantic city and the streets are lined with shop/apartment combos as well as plain stores, or apartments alone. It also features, a large church for weddings, Honey Moon Hill, Bella's Pub, The Muze, romantic hiding spots all over, and as you may have guessed....Large Waterfalls. Although I don't consider this sim fully complete, I am excited about my city and want to get it filled with life as soon as possible. In the southwest corner of the sim I have 2 hotel like apartment buildings with 16 apartments. Nothing much, just 1 room strictly residential apartments for 200L a week with 100 prims for a newbie to get started, or for just anyone who wants a little quiet get away spot. As a special promotion and to get the sim feeling alive, I am offering the first 16 people who simply ask for one on my blog, 28 days of rent completely free in these apartment buildings.. No rent 2 weeks get 2 weeks free kinda deals...just good old fashioned "free". The catch...You just need to abide by the sim rules like keeping your prims restricted to your area and honoring the 100 prim limit, and keep the sim a quiet peaceful area. I will also expect you to handle your own neighbor to neighbor disputes with this offer and keep the apartment residential (no business). After your 28 days the rental box pops back up, and if you would like to re-rent at 200L a week thats fine, if not thats fine to and the apartment will just be re-rented and you have lost nothing.
