e-Administration an e-Platform for Virtual World

'e-Administration' is a platform neutral web enabled application, developed using open source tools, to integrate the entire world, to create a virtual communication between citizens, employees and organizations.

It has geographic hierarchy, functional hierarchy and position hierarchy for creating a virtual world of nations, governments and organizations. Citizens can be registered on the Virtual Platform and mapped to Positions they hold, if any.

Unique Biometric Registration of Citizens and Biometric Smart Cards would give them authentication to use the e-Platform for virtual communication. More details can be seen at http://ll2b.blogspot.com or contact undersigned.
