What happened there?
Anyway Jack's office hour was not a pretty sight, I'm not sure exactly what was achieved but it boils down to the way Linden Lab roll out policy, it's half assed way too often.
The licensing system should have been announced with the blog on certain types of advertising being deemed outlawed. The discussion could then have focussed around that.
I know that chat log doesn't read well on all sides but it's bloody frustrating when one side just won't accept what's happening, they feel like they're being shafted, which is how too many of their neighbours have felt for too long, but too many questions remain about this policy and that's not a healthy situation.
