a region is cut up into actually usable plots, but all land descriptions state something like "region-name 65,536sqm 15,000 prims price". The price even seems reasonable for a whole region. When you look at the About Land tab (or read the Buy dialog carefully) you'll see that the actual land for sale is not 65,536sqm, but 512, or 1024, or any other number. And when you calculate the sqm-price based on the actual plotsize it's like you traveled back into 2007.
