I was curious what you thought about the word "citified" in place of "classy." From my experiences with the people the sim is modeled after, many tend to find nine acres filled with garbage and vehicles on blocks to be most classy indeed. What they hate is high falutin' behaviors of citified folks putting on airs. Of course, those aren't slum people, more like hicks in the sticks, so I could be backwards on this.
