OVERVIEW:

This afternoon I received an offline message from a subscription server. The server delivered me the Second Life Magazine, “Bridging the Gap” which is owned, edited, and operated by Graciella Princess. I never once opted into the list to get the magazine, it was unsolicited spam. I immediately teleported to the server and filed an abuse report with Linden Lab on all the Subscription Servers, Graciella Princess herself, and the scripter of the magazine, LilyNeeAnne Hilite. I think contacted Graciella Princess to ask her to remove me from her spam list. Here is that conversation:

In my opinion this violates the “Disturbing the Peace” section of the Second Life community standards. Please take this time to remove me from your servers and assure that I never receive such spam again in the future. Yes, you read that correctly. Not only did Graciella Princess admit to sending out a mass spam to people who didn’t ask to receive the junk mail, she said she got her list from a Sarah Nerd’s freebie group. All those advertising dollars you spent on her magazine were spent on penny pinchers inside of Second Life! Sarah Nerd, a very influential avatar inside of Second Life also confirmed to me that she too received the spam from Graciella Princess.

Later on Gracilla decided to taught me further:

I stopped responding to her because I began this report.

Kasumi Barski: This post is in no way a reflection against Nimrod Yaffle, He has at least tried to help me. A few weeks ago I bought the furniture kit that didnt include the textures by mistake, Not realizing they were two different things. I first contacted Joseph Brooks offer to buy the texture pack at what HIS Split would be. He refused, told me to talk with Nimrod to get a refund. Well since the furniture pack is full perm why would Nimrod refund me? He also tried to talk with Joseph who said he wouldnt do it either. I find this VERY disappointing and BAD Customer service on his part. I would have simply paid the 499L which would be his 50% cut on this product for the texture pack, which honestly I would be paying more than whats listed.... Since I already bought the premium furniture pack at 778L .... But still Joseph has refused to come to an understanding and make a customer happy. So this is my negative rating post. I do not have the time, nor the effort to offer every single person who purchased Nimrod's listing a side-deal for the textures. I'm not going to make an exception for anyone.

The reason we made this listing was so people could benefit from having both products. Simple as that.

I ask that all my customers please be aware what they are purchasing before doing so. It's common sense.

Just in the past few days for this set alone I offered one customer a custom white refraction texture set so he could use the color slider in SL to customize his own colors, and I sold one set in-world to another customer who didn't have an SLexchange account.

I just refuse to offer the textures for L$499.

I paid 778 for the furniture pack already, I am offering to pay 499L for the texture pack I would have gotten when I bought the combo pack ... So in theory here, Im paying 1277L for this combo pack. Nimrod already said he wouldnt refund me for the first pack I bought. I dont see why you are being so difficult with this. Your not lossing out on anything here, your getting your 50% cut from out of this if I were to buy the combo pack..... You aren't making ANY Sense. Period.

I am not selling my textures for L$499 anywhere. Not here, nor to you. If you want the textures separately you will need to pay L$3000, or you can buy this combo-set for L$998.

These are your only options to obtaining these textures.

As a mater of fact, I do not want you to buy these textures nor any other textures created by me. To me it's like you buying a jar of Grape Jelly at Walmart, then a month later going to Kmart and asking for a jar of Peanut Butter for half off because my advertisement offers them together for nearly the same price you bought the grape jelly. That shit doesn't fly in the real world, nor does it here with me.

Nimrod Yaffles product and mine are completely different. We are two different vendors. You purchased from him, not from me.

We, me and you, have NEVER done business before. You are coming to me with an issue saying "Oops, I meant to buy yours, can you give it to me for cheaper?" The answer is NO.

"Good Customer Service" doesn't always mean that the business folds to the customer's demands.
Kasumi Barski: Right, Good Customer Service means when both the customer and the business leave the table feeling satisfied with the resolution. Ive worked in major cell phone companies customer service for 10 years. What you have provided is no solution. Its either I walk away or you charge me an extreme amount for what would have been a reasonable priced item. You have not provided "Good Customer Service"
